| 4590-0922 | Western Massachusetts Hospital Expansion For the department of public health, which may expend an amount not to exceed $2,944,385 from reimbursements collected for Western Massachusetts hospital services; provided, that this funding shall be used for the operation of 21 new inpatient beds at Western Massachusetts hospital; and provided further, that for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of revenues and related expenditures, the department may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the accounting system |
