| 4510-0712 | Division of Health Care Quality Health Facility Licensing Fee For the department of public health, which may expend not more than $1,587,892 in revenues collected from the licensure of health facilities for program costs of the division of health care quality and improvement; provided further, that the department may expend not more than $893,189 from revenues collected from individuals applying for emergency medical technician licensure and recertification; and provided further, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenue and related expenditures, the department may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lesser of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate, as reported in the state accounting system |
