| 4200-0010 | Department of Youth Services Administration and Operations For the administration of the department of youth services; provided, the commissioner of youth services may transfer funds between items 4200-0100 and 4200-0200, 4200-0300 as necessary; provided further, that the commissioner may transfer up to 7 per cent of the amount appropriated in each item; and provided further, that 15 days before any such transfer is made, the commissioner shall file with the secretary of administration and finance and the house and senate committees on ways and means a plan showing the amounts to be transferred and the reason for the proposed transfer |
