4000-0940 | ACA Expansion Populations For the purposes of providing health care services related to the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, Public Law 111-148; provided, that funds may be expended from this item for health care services to individuals ages 19 through 64, inclusive, whose family incomes as determined by the executive office of health and human services do not exceed 133 per cent of the federal poverty level and who are eligible under clauses (b) and (d) of subsection (2) of section 9A of chapter 118E of the General Laws
