    4512-0106 HIV/AIDS Drug Program Manufacturer Rebates Retained Revenue
    For the department of public health, which may expend for the HIV Drug Assistance Program (HDAP) not more than $7,500,000 from revenues received from pharmaceutical manufacturers participating in the section 340B rebate program of the Public Health Service Act administered by the Health Resources and Services Administration and the office of pharmacy affairs; provided, that these services shall include activities eligible for coverage through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program, with priority given to HDAP; provided further, that any excess rebate revenue collected beyond the ceiling of this appropriation shall be deposited in the General Fund; provided further, that services in an amount equivalent to the amount deposited in the General Fund shall be funded through item 4512-0103; and provided further, that the department of public health may make expenditures from the start of each fiscal year from this account in anticipation of receipt of rebate revenues from pharmaceutical manufacturers
