    4512-0103 HIV/AIDS Prevention Treatment and Services
    For human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immune deficiency syndrome, or HIV/AIDS, services, programs and related services for persons affected by the associated conditions of viral hepatitis, sexually transmitted infections and tuberculosis; provided, that funding shall be provided proportionately to each of the demographic groups afflicted by HIV/AIDS and associated conditions; provided further, that in compliance with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, the department of public health shall ensure that vendors delivering HIV/AIDS community testing and screening shall seek third-party reimbursement for these services; and provided further, that no funds from this item shall be expended for disease research in fiscal year 2019
