    0840-0100 Victim and Witness Assistance Board
    For the operation of the victim and witness assistance board; provided, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Bobby Mendes Peace Legacy; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Women Survivors of Homicide Movement; provided further, that the board shall submit a comprehensive report compiled from the information required of and submitted to the office by the registry of motor vehicles and the state treasurer relative to the collection of assessments for the previous calendar year under section 8 of chapter 258B of the General Laws; and provided further, that the report shall be submitted to the house and senate committees on ways and means not later than February 15, 2019
