7003-0901	Arbitration and Mediation Retained Revenue For the department of labor relations, which may expend an amount not to exceed $100,000 from revenues received from fees collected under section 3B of chapter 7 of the General Laws and section 6 of chapter 150 of the General Laws for the operation of the department; provided, that the first $100,000 of such fees collected by the department shall be deposited into the General Fund and any fees collected in excess of $200,000 shall be deposited into the General Fund; and provided further, that for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the department may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system	100,000
