2330-0121	Sportfish Restoration Fund For the division of marine fisheries, which may expend for the sportfish restoration program an amount not to exceed $217,989 from federal reimbursements related to sportfish restoration and from the sale of materials which promote marine recreational fishing; provided, that for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the division may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system	217,989	217,989
