Mission:
The Mission Statement for the Operational Services Division (OSD) is to create and promote dynamic programs and services that anticipate and fulfill our customers' needs. Our operational and oversight activities facilitate and guide the evaluation, acquisition, management, and disposition of goods and services. We strive to deliver a personalized customer experience by creating a climate of communication and cooperation and leveraging innovative business techniques.The Operational Services Division:
o Supports vendors selling to the state and offers programs for small and diverse businesses
o Provides purchasing and procurement assistance to public buyers, including buying green
o Disposes of public surplus property
o Oversees the state fleet of vehicles
o Sets special education pricing
o Offers printing services available to the general public
