8940-0100	Department of Community Supervision For the operation of the department of community supervision; provided, that for the effective implementation of "An Act Reforming Community Supervision of Criminal Defendants and Offenders by Establishing the Department of Community Supervision within the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security," the secretary of administration and finance may authorize the transfer of funds between this item and items 8900-0001 and 8950-0001 as necessary to achieve the purposes of the act; provided further, that no transfer authorized by this section shall exceed 5 percent of the amount appropriated for this item; and provided further, that the transfer may be made only with the written approval of the heads of the sending and receiving agencies and of the secretary of public safety and security	0	146,071,282
