Mission:

The mission of the Department of Career Services (DCS) is to enhance the quality, diversity and stability of the Commonwealth's workforce by making available new opportunities and training through its One-Stop Career Centers that assist businesses in finding qualified workers and provide job seekers with career guidance and referrals to jobs and training.
