    For the division of standards which may retain not more than $499,667 from registration fees and fines collected pursuant to sections 184B to 184E, inclusive, of chapter 94 of the General Laws and section 56D of chapter 98 of the General Laws to support its enforcement activities as provided in subsection (h) of section 184D of said chapter 94; provided, that notwithstanding said subsection (h) of said section 184D of said chapter 94, the division shall not fund the municipal grant program provided in said subsection (h) of said section 184D of said chapter 94; and provided further, that for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the division may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system

    For the division of standards; provided, that the division may expend not more than $58,751 from revenues received from item-pricing violations collected through municipal inspection efforts and from weights and measures fees and fines collected from cities and towns for enforcement of weights and measures laws; and provided further, that for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the division may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system

    For the division of standards; provided, that the division may expend not more than $320,000 from revenue received from license fees assessed to owners of motor vehicle repair shops; and provided further, that for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the division may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system
