7006-0065	Item Pricing Inspections Retained Revenue For the division of standards which may retain not more than $499,667 from registration fees and fines collected pursuant to sections 184B to 184E, inclusive, of chapter 94 of the General Laws and section 56D of chapter 98 of the General Laws to support its enforcement activities as provided in subsection (h) of section 184D of said chapter 94; provided, that notwithstanding said subsection (h) of said section 184D of said chapter 94, the division shall not fund the municipal grant program provided in said subsection (h) of said section 184D of said chapter 94; and provided further, that for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the division may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system	491,923	499,667
