5920-3020 | Autism Omnibus For the implementation of chapter 226 of the acts of 2014, including services and supports for individuals with a developmental disability attributable to autism spectrum disorder, Smith-Magenis syndrome or Prader-Willi syndrome; provided, that the department shall submit quarterly reports to the house and senate committees on ways and means detailing: (a) the number of individuals eligible for services; (b) the number of eligible individuals served; (c) the type of services provided and cost per service; and (d) the cost per individual; and provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for the commission on autism established undersaid chapter 226 |
