4800-0091 | Child Welfare Training Institute Retained Revenue For the department of children and families, which may expend not more than $2,681,234 in federal reimbursements received under Title IV-E of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. 670 et. seq. during fiscal year 2019 to develop a training institute for professional development at the department of children and families; provided, that for the purposes of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the department may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system; and provided further, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, federal reimbursements received in excess of $2,681,234 shall be credited to the General Fund |
