4513-1098	Services to Survivors of Homicide Victims For the provision of statewide support services for the survivors of homicide victims, including outreach services, burial assistance, grief counseling and other support services; provided, that funds shall be expended as grants in the aggregate amount of not less than $200,000 to the Louis D. Brown Peace Institute Corporation, a community-based support organization dedicated to serving families and communities impacted by violence; and provided further, that the Louis D. Brown Peace Institute shall establish and administer a process to distribute not more than $100,000 to the Massachusetts Survivors of Homicide Victims Network organizations throughout the commonwealth in the form of grants	200,000	200,000
