    4000-0875 MassHealth Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment
    For the executive office of health and human services to expend for the provision of benefits to eligible individuals who require medical treatment for either breast or cervical cancer under section 2 of the Breast and Cervical Cancer Prevention and Treatment Act of 2000, Public Law 106-354, codified at 42 U.S.C. 1396a(a)(10)(A)(ii)(XVII) and section 10D of chapter 118E of the General Laws; provided, that the executive office of health and human services shall provide these benefits to individuals whose incomes, as determined by the executive office, do not exceed 250 per cent of the federal poverty level, subject to continued federal approval; and provided further, that funds may be expended from this item for health care services provided to these recipients in prior fiscal years
