4000-0320 | MassHealth Retained Revenue For the executive office of health and human services, which may expend for medical care and assistance rendered in the current year not more than $225,000,000 from the monies received from recoveries and collections of any current or prior year expenditures; provided, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the balance of any personal needs accounts collected from nursing and other medical institutions upon the death of a medical assistance recipient and held by the executive office for more than 3 years may be credited to this item; and provided further, that no funds from this item shall be used for item 4000-0300 |
