| 1599-1977 | Commonwealth Infrastructure Investment Assistance Reserve For contract assistance and other payments to the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency for payment of debt service and related obligations in connection with bonds issued by the agency under chapter 293 of the acts of 2006 and chapter 303 of the acts of 2008; provided, that the secretary of administration and finance shall issue a report on the estimated contract assistance and other payments to be required pursuant to said chapters 293 and 303 for obligations existing on or before July 1, 2018 in fiscal years 2020 and 2021 and an estimate of anticipated contract assistance and other payments arising out of potential agreements reasonably expected to be entered into after July 1, 2018, in fiscal years 2020 and 2021; and provided further, that the report shall be submitted to the chairs of the house and senate committees on ways and means not later than October 31, 2018 |
