    0411-1000 Office of the Governor
    For the offices of the governor, the lieutenant governor and the governor's council; provided, that the amount appropriated in this item may be used at the discretion of the governor for the payment of extraordinary expenses not otherwise provided for and for transfers to appropriation accounts where the amounts otherwise available may be insufficient; provided further, that funds may be expended for the governor's commission on intellectual disability; provided further, that funds may be expended for the governor's development coordinating council; and provided further, that the advisory council on Alzheimer's disease and related disorders, established in section 379 of chapter 194 of the acts of 1998 shall continue during fiscal year 2019
