| 0612-0105 | Public Safety Employees Line of Duty Death Benefits For payment of the public safety employee killed in the line of duty benefit authorized in section 100A of chapter 32 of the General Laws; provided, that the treasurer's office shall provide immediate written notification to the secretary of administration and finance and the house and senate committees on ways and means upon the expenditure of the funds appropriated in this item; and provided further, that at the written request of the office of the state treasurer, the comptroller shall transfer uncommitted and unobligated funds from item 1599-3384 to this item |
