| 1775-0700 | Reprographic Services Retained Revenue For the operational services division; provided, that the division may expend not more than $53,000 in revenues collected in addition to the amount authorized in item 1775-1000 of section 2B for printing, photocopying, related graphic art or design work and other reprographic goods and services provided to the general public, including all necessary incidental expenses; and provided further, that for the purpose of accommodating discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the division may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system |
