1108-5100 | Group Insurance Commission For the administration of the group insurance commission; provided, that the commission shall generate the maximum amounts allowable under the federal Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act, as amended, and from reimbursements allowed by sections 8, 10B, 10C and 12 of chapter 32A of the General Laws; provided further, that the group insurance commission shall provide the caseload forecasting office with enrollment data and any other information pertinent to caseload forecasting that is requested by the office on a monthly basis; and provided further, that the information shall be provided in a manner that meets all applicable federal and state privacy and security requirements |
