| 0810-0399 | Workers' Compensation Fraud Investigation and Prosecution For the investigation and prosecution of workers' compensation fraud; provided, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the amount assessed for these costs shall be equal to the amount appropriated by this item; provided further, that the attorney general shall investigate and prosecute, when appropriate, employers who fail to provide workers' compensation insurance in accordance with the laws of the commonwealth; and provided further, that the unit shall investigate and report on all companies not in compliance with chapter 152 of the General Laws |
