Federal Stimulus Decoupling VII
SECTION 48.
Section 52A of said chapter 63, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "exclusion", in lines 27 and 28, the following words:- and without regard to section 108(i) of the Code.
