1310-1001 | Tax Assessment Appeals Fee Retained Revenue The appellate tax board may expend revenues up to a maximum of $300,000 from fees collected; provided, that in order to accommodate discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the board may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system |
