0610-0000 | Office of the Treasurer and Receiver-General For the office of the treasurer and receiver-general; provided, that the treasurer shall provide computer services required by the teachers' retirement board; provided further, that the treasurer's office shall submit a report to the victim and witness assistance board which details the amount of assessments transmitted to the treasurer during the previous calendar year on a monthly basis from the courts, the registrar of motor vehicles and the sheriff or superintendent of any correctional facility pursuant to section 8 of chapter 258B; provided further, that the report shall be submitted to the board on or before January 15, 2010; provided further, that funds may be expended for the payment of bank fees; provided further, that payments shall be made to public safety employees killed in the line of duty pursuant to section 100A of chapter 32 of the General Laws; provided further, that financial assistance shall be made available to injured firefighters; and provided further, that the treasurer's office shall pay half of the administrative costs of the municipal finance oversight board from this item |
