For the operation of the Bristol sheriff's office; provided, that not later than December 15, 2023, the office shall provide a comprehensive inventory of all current programs and practices, in a manner to be determined by the executive office of public safety and security, to the executive office for administration and finance, the executive office of public safety and security and the house and senate committees on ways and means; provided further, that the office shall provide relevant data to the executive office of public safety and security to allow for the reporting of recidivism rates for all pre-trial, county sentenced and state sentenced incarcerated persons on a quarterly basis beginning in the quarter ending September 30, 2023 which shall be due not later than 30 days after the last day of each quarter; provided further, that the office shall provide relevant data to the Massachusetts Sheriffs Association, Inc. to allow for the reporting of all requirements under item 8910-7110; and provided further, that funds may be expended for the closure of the Ash street jail and regional lock- up located in the city of New Bedford
