Mission:
The mission of the Soldiers' Home in Holyoke (HLY) is to provide care with honor and dignity for Massachusetts Veterans. HLY provides healthcare and housing to all honorably discharged veterans who meet the statutory eligibility requirements. HLY operates a 250 bed long-term care facility, which includes long-term care beds, dementia units, comfort care services along with 30 beds in a domiciliary service.Governing Laws:
