0940-0102 | Discrimination Prevention Program Retained Revenue For the Massachusetts commission against discrimination, which may expend not more than $410,000 from revenues collected from fees charged for training and monitoring programs; provided, that the commission shall work with the office of access and opportunity and the office of diversity and equal opportunity to design and deliver training to executive branch staff; and provided further, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the commission may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate, as reported in the state accounting system |
