4590-2001 | Tewksbury Hospital DDS Client Retained Revenue For the department of public health, which may expend not more than $3,506,694 of payments received for those services provided by Tewksbury hospital to clients of the department of developmental services including the provision of behavioral health services and the continuation of short term medical rehabilitation; provided, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the department may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lesser of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate, as reported in the state accounting system |
