| 1050-0140 | Payments to Cities Towns for Local Share Racing Tax Revenue For payments to cities and towns in accordance with chapter 23K of the General Laws; provided, that the Massachusetts gaming commission shall reimburse the General Fund for payments made under this item; provided further that notwithstanding said chapter 23K of the General Laws, or any other general or special law to the contrary, in calendar year 2015, the town of Plainville shall be included in the payments to cities and towns from the commission |
