| 7066-0111 | Higher Education Consultant For the hiring of a consultant or institution with documented expertise in policy and research of state universities; provided, that the consultant shall assist in the development of a funding formula for state universities that considers factors including, but not limited to, the role of state universities in the regional economies of the state, their success, where applicable, at graduating effective educators and providing effective skills enhancement for current educators and their performance on the metrics of the vision project; and provided further, that said formula shall be provided not later than December 31, 2014 to the secretary of administration and finance and the chairs of the house and senate ways and means committees |
