0940-0101 | Fees and Federal Reimbursement Retained Revenue The Massachusetts commission against discrimination may expend not more than $2,118,910 rom revenues from fees and federal reimbursements received in fiscal year 2015 and prior fiscal years for the purposes of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development fair housing type 1 program and the equal opportunity resolution contract program; provided, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, for the purposes of accommodating discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the department may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate, as reported in the state accounting system |
