| 0810-0399 | Workers' Compensation Fraud Investigation and Prosecution For the costs of investigating and prosecuting workers' compensation fraud; provided, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the amount assessed for these costs shall be equal to the amount expended from this item; and provided further, that the attorney general shall investigate and prosecute, where appropriate, employers who fail to provide workers' compensation insurance in accordance with the laws of the commonwealth |
