Programs targeted to provide access to public library services to residents and visitors of the Commonwealth.

Program	Description
Aid to Libraries	For the purpose of enhancing library offerings and facilities through financial aid and assistance to regional and local libraries.
Local Library Administration	For the purpose of delivering full and equal access to public libraries through efficient organization, development, coordination, and sharing of library services and resources across the Commonwealth.
Research Libraries	For the purpose of assembling and housing the Commonwealth's collections of maps, atlases, and materials that reflect Massachusetts' culture and history, including a comprehensive collection of state publications.
