Description  |

| Education Services for Youth in Custody | For the purpose of providing a comprehensive and integrated range of education services for youth based on their needs, experiences and competencies, including technical and vocational skills. | 
| In-School Meals | For the purpose of providing healthy and nutritious food to students so that hunger and malnourishment do not limit their capacity to learn. | 
| Youth Outreach Programs | For the purpose of providing positive development for youth through out-of-school activities that are character-building and supported by data. | 
| School Health and Counseling Services | For the purpose of addressing disparities in access to a wide range of health and social services for K-12 students and their families by providing counseling and referral to other services to reduce barriers to care that are also barriers to student achievement. |
