| 5046-0000 | Mental Health Services Including Adult, Homeless, and Emergency Supports For adult mental health and support services, including homelessness services, emergency service programs and acute inpatient mental health care services; provided, that the department shall continue an interagency service agreement with the executive office of health and human services for the purchase-of-services and for such other services as the agreement may provide; provided further, that the emergency service programs shall take all reasonable steps to identify and invoice the third party insurer of all persons serviced by the programs; and provided further, that the department shall report to the house and senate committees on ways and means and the secretary of administration and finance on the distribution of funds per adult and child planning population and the types of services received in each region for fiscal year 2011 not later than February 2, 2011 |
