| 4512-9999 | Public Health Hospitals and State Office of Pharmacy Services For the maintenance and operation of Tewksbury hospital, western Massachusetts hospital, Massachusetts hospital school, Lemuel Shattuck hospital and the hospital bureau, including the state office of pharmacy services; provided, that all revenue generated by the hospitals shall be credited to the General Fund; provided further, that the department may expend funds from this item for inmate healthcare services provided by the Lemuel Shattuck hospital; and provided further, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the department shall seek to obtain federal financial participation for care provided to department of correction and county correctional facility inmates who are treated at the public health hospitals |
