    4120-0200 Independent Living Centers
    For independent living centers; provided, that not later than March 1, 2019, the commission shall report to the house and senate committees on ways and means on the services provided by independent living centers, which shall include, but not be limited to the: (a) total number of consumers that request and receive services; (b) types of services requested and received by consumers; (c) total number of consumers moved from nursing homes; and (d) total number of independent living plans and goals set and achieved by consumers

    For the operation of the Massachusetts rehabilitation commission; provided, that the commissioner shall report quarterly to the house and senate committees on ways and means and the secretary of administration and finance on the number of clients served and the amount expended on each type of service; provided further, that upon the written request of the commissioner of revenue, the commission shall provide lists of individual clients to whom, or on behalf of whom, payments have been made for the purpose of verifying eligibility and detecting and preventing fraud, error and abuse in the programs administered by the commission; and provided further, that lists shall include client names and social security numbers and payee names and other identification, if different from a client's identification

    4120-2000 Vocational Rehabilitation for People with Disabilities
    For vocational rehabilitation services operated in cooperation with the federal government; provided, that funds from the federal vocational rehabilitation grant or state appropriations shall not be deducted for pensions, group health or life insurance or any other indirect costs of federally-reimbursed state employees; and provided further, that the commissioner, in making referrals to service providers, shall take into account a client's place of residence and the proximity of the nearest provider to said residence
