Provision of behavioral health services
SECTION 188.
Section 113 of chapter 58 of the acts of 2006 is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence:- Managed care organizations shall be required to file with MassHealth any contracts or subcontracts for the management and delivery of behavioral health services by specialty behavioral health organizations to MassHealth members and MassHealth shall disclose such contracts upon request.
