| 7077-0023 | Tufts School of Veterinary Medicine Program For a contract with the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University; provided, that funds appropriated in this item shall be expended under a resident veterinary tuition remission plan as approved by the commissioner of higher education for supportive veterinary services provided to the commonwealth; provided further, that prior year costs may be paid from this item; provided further, that funds appropriated in this item shall support bioterrorism prevention research related to diseases that can be transmitted from animals to humans, in consultation with Massachusetts emergency authorities; and provided further, that the school may work in consultation with the Norfolk County Agricultural School on veterinary programs |
