| 7006-0065 | Item Pricing Inspections Retained Revenue For the division of standards; provided, that the division may expend for enforcement activities as provided in subsection (h) of section 184D of chapter 94 of the General Laws an amount not to exceed $655,000 from revenue received from registration fees and fines collected by the division under sections 184B to 184E, inclusive, of said chapter 94 and from section 56D of chapter 98 of the General Laws; provided further, that for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of revenues and related expenditures, the division may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system; and provided further, that notwithstanding said subsection (h) of said section 184D of said chapter 94, the division shall not fund the municipal grant program provided in said subsection (h) of said section 184D of said chapter 94 |
