4580-1000 | Universal Immunization Program For the operation of the universal immunization program; provided, that no funds in this item shall be expended for administrative or energy expenses of the department not directly related to programs funded in this item; and provided further, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the costs of purchasing and distributing childhood vaccines for children may be assessed, in an amount equivalent to the department's projected fiscal year 2014 costs, on surcharge payers as defined in section 64 of chapter 118E of the General Laws and may be collected in a manner consistent with the department of public health regulations |
