| 2511-0105 | Emergency Food Assistance Program For the purchase of supplemental foods for the emergency food assistance program within the Feeding America nationally-certified food bank system in the commonwealth; provided, that the funds appropriated in this item shall reflect the Feeding America allocation formula in order to benefit the 4 regional food banks in the commonwealth; provided further, that the department may assess an administrative charge not to exceed 2 per cent of the total appropriation in this item; and provided further, that $1,000,000 shall be expended for operating funds to distribute food for the Massachusetts emergency food assistance program previously provided for in item 7051-0015 of section 2 of chapter 68 of the acts of 2011 |
