| 2200-0100 | Department of Environmental Protection Administration For the operation of the department of environmental protection, including the environmental strike force, the bureau of planning and evaluation, the bureau of resource protection, the bureau of waste prevention, the Senator William X. Wall Experiment Station and a contract with the University of Massachusetts for environmental research; provided, that section 3B of chapter 7 of the General Laws shall not apply to fees established under section 18 of chapter 21A of the General Laws; provided further, that not less than $92,000 shall be expended for environmental programs in the town of Marblehead, and not less than $50,000 shall be expended for environmental programs in the town of Swampscott; provided further, that not less than $90,000 shall be provided for Brownfield redevelopment in the city of Lynn; and provided further, that $250,000 shall be expended for the Buzzards Bay Coalition and Provincetown Center for Coastal Studies, in conjunction with the Marine Biological Laboratory and the University of Massachusetts at Boston, for a coastal water quality monitoring program in Buzzards Bay, Vineyard Sound, Nantucket Sound and Cape Cod Bay |
