| 1599-3553 | Executive Branch Performance Management For a reserve to be administered by the office of commonwealth performance accountability and transparency in the executive office for administration and finance; provided, that funds shall be used to support the establishment of offices of performance management by each secretary in accordance with section 4A of chapter 6A of the General Laws; provided further, that funds from this item shall be used to support executive offices, excluding the executive office for administration and finance, to develop and implement strategic plans and direct performance management programs for the agencies within those executive offices; and provided further, that within 30 days of any transfer from this fund, the executive office for administration and finance shall file a report to the house and senate committees on ways and means identifying executive offices receiving funding from this item and providing a spending plan for each transfer |
