Farm Raised Oysters
SECTION 125.
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the division of marine fisheries shall adopt size regulations relative to the possession and sale of oysters produced under the authority of an aquaculture or propagation permit issued by the division. These regulations shall take into account market needs and economic opportunities. The division shall adopt the regulations required by this section not later than December 31, 2010.
