7028-0031 | School-Age Children in Institutional Schools and Houses of Correction For the expenses of school age children in institutional schools under section 12 of chapter 71B of the General Laws; provided, that the department may provide special education services to eligible inmates in county houses of correction; provided further, that the department of youth services shall continue to collaborate with the department of elementary and secondary education in order to align curriculum at the department of youth services with the statewide curriculum frameworks and to ease the reintegration of youth from facilities at the department of youth services into regular public school settings; and provided further, that the department of elementary and secondary education, in conjunction with the commissioner of youth services, shall submit a report on progress made to the house and senate committees on ways and means not later than December 1, 2010 FMAP Budget Relief Fund 1.458% |
